Coated in black silky fur, a long sloshy tail and deep blue eyes that on occasion almost appear violet, leaves the fae to be a rather worthy sight to behold. A little of an inch or more taller than the average female timber wolf, Iris isn't exactly the type most would look down to in terms of stature. With strong legs, and muscles around her back and shoulders, she isn't to the type to be open to the threat of danger either. Although this might be overlooked in her with what still appears to be a worn lankiness. Not bearing much other weight that the tight, but more feminine and slender muscles that caress nearly all parts hidden under her pelt.

While being on her own and learning how to fend for herself and not get torn apart by those stronger or more 'worthy' than her, Iris has learnt both to defend herself and surely enough how to travel for great distances, which she does for the most part, at night. Endurance, out of all others is her most dependable skill. While at the point where most wolves would stop trying to walk, run or fight, Iris had developed a knack for going consistently, and lasting without burning out until later. She also proudly wears her father's noble long muzzle.

Don't be fooled or drawn into too deeply in these matters however, otherwise it might very well give Iris to oddly enough give reason to partly despise you. For any suitor that can not, or does not acknowledge her inward parts, her personality, her character, her heart and soul; and rather take interest in that then the external face that hides what else she possesses; simply put they won't be taken seriously and usually WILL be scorned. Being a fae that has been scarred, deformed and severely unappealing for about a year of a life she can not take anyone too superficial real seriously.

Iris is a woman who for the most part of her life has been heavily in tune and reliant on the creativeness and insight of her mind and the inspiration, hope and energy of her heart. Being a strong believer of the guardians and duty, and about everything in life and in season having a said purpose and lesson. A real underlying truth under each story..

This is hard to be said for a thing that she has become as of now. Still ever the dreamer, perhaps, much of this can be suppressed or at least lay under her thick superstition and guardedness towards anyone and everyone. She knows this time where to draw the lines when it comes to ideals, values and what must be done to get by.

Her general whole demeanour and way of life these days just seem to scream 'loner' as she isn't the type that seems to trust the value or effectiveness of a pack anymore or family. Fret not, however, Iris does still experience some kind of route of life. One that comes with exploring the world, in search of something. The bits and pieces of herself that she had on one eventful day had so known to have loss; first we can say her mate but as time passed after searching for him she resolved to give up on the brute that had hardly come through for her when it mattered most, her beauty which has since came back- at least physically- for it still remains to be something she longs to find or experience in life and last of least her beloved stolen daughters, Alina and Auriel.

History
Had a relatively normal life, living in a closely knit, homely pack that lived around thick dark forest, swamps and open fields. Along with her parents and her brother Tyno, there was no real hardship she had ever really known. When things did get dark however, Iris was always one that set to the situation intensely in her own 'Iris' kind of way.
She was a dreamer, always a dreamer. With a keen eye for detail, an inquisitive and ever excited (and excitable) mind she proved to be a great help to the pack with many taking a bit of a liking and interest to her and her ways. A little queer or hard to follow at times with her bizarre ways of pin pointing and explaining things, she had the potential of having many friends but of course this eventually only narrowed to who could keep up with her and her quick intensely visual driven wits. Spending a lotos her time teaching and caring after pups or scouting out the area and learning more and more things, Iris thrived and longed for adventure seemingly in her every day 'seemingly boring' life. This all changed however when a new loner arrived on there parts. Although there were perhaps many that had an eye out for her paw or heart previously there was none but Liam, this loner and mysterious and charming man wolf that had managed to perhaps even without trying capture every bit of her beating heart. With her childish- feminine demeanour and her love of playful banter and quick battles of wits, over small things that had never once mattered, and Liam's own strong personality and beautifully responsive and possessive mind, there seemed hardly any time or effort needed at all for them to find and take a quick liking to each other, and love- and finding it was it's own adventure. They were young newly weds, or mates per say, but as buddingly ambitious as they both were they didn't want to settle there. Liam having thoughts of leaving and whisking her away somewhere, and Iris always the one pressing for adventure, bugging him a little for it previously with how they spoke before they slept, of course quickly agreed.

But of course there were still secrets but this brute that she didn't know about it and it was only too easy with the bliss of a first love to not know or to ignore what this might bring, or what from it could come. She never knew how dark or deep this soul of his was pitted in them, only that she had gained a gist on one day…on very eventful day.

They were starting a pack, and hopefully as it were, a family. As that what usually came of how packs started out. This land was beautiful, strange and fruitful; fertile was a word that could some it up by essence, but there was just one thing that seemed to set it off no matter what other riches it brought the Earth it still held a small promise- or warning of danger. Perhaps like with her beautiful mysterious beau.

As unpredicted as can be, it went off one day, when he was calling her over to talk a little more about new discoveries with the land. The devastation that it brought was deadly, and lethal and spread over widely across the land. Destroying nearly everything, of course she ran along side him nearly just about doing everything that she and well 'they' could to survive it until she got oner of her back legs trapped in the rubble. In an ever frantic stage she turned her head to the brute and began calling out to him frantically, like a sheep laid out for the slaughter. There was nothing that he said or tried to say, or do or try to do. Except their was a flash of something dark and familiar in his eyes a flicker of terror that would sometimes cross his orbs at night. Maybe it was more terrifying to see the same terror inner eyes reflect of his- but what came after changed her life wholly and forever. He turned, he ran- and never looked back, and Iris was alone to face the devastation. She survived, somehow- but she was never the same girl again.

Burnt, scarred and deformed beyond recognition, she could hardly at all hold a candle to her former self or glory. She never thought herself as vain, though she held a rather strong pride for herself and always had kept her coat neat- and walked around proudly and fluttery, a little on her toes all the time like a bird, but even that was taken away from her. She later on in time discovered the other who had helped saved her, but that was not until later, she discovered then he had thought she did not make it through inhaling the smoke and flames and had left her 'corpse' behind.

She was a pathetic wreck after that, in every definition in the world; a woman betrayed and despised. There was much hardship she then met then, exposed to perhaps all of it and all at once- unsheltered by a even a friend. One of the most challenging of things to face her soon after the incidence was finding out that she was...pregnant.

She gave birth to four lovely puppies that would have been both her's and Liam's, but with how she currently was, and especially her body at such a panicked and unproductive state, many of them didn't make it. In fact most didn't- all but one, Alina.

The precious pup was all she thought about at first; this wonderful blessing and bundle of life that reached her even when her own death had loomed so closely in her face in one instance, but once the child was old enough she searched again for the mate that had left her along with the little dear. Of course neither of them found no one, but part of this search began not so much with her wanting to see him but the realisation of how much she needed him, now more than ever, not just for the pup and her weakened state but because without him she barely had anything to call a home, or protection. What exactly she had been made to become by his mistake wasn't taken or treated the most compassionately by other loners who were horrified at her, or found it rather amusing to tease her.

There was no 'Liam' however to be found and with that Iris had to eventually throw away the idea and effort so she could focus a lot more on the raising of her own last child.

For the most part all ran well, but the adjusting to the loner life was difficult, very difficult but they soon learned how to be happy enough with just each other's company. However still, this changed when unexpectedly the pup was taken from her, by a envious fae and it seemed Iris had to both search and fight the other wolf to keep her. She lost her twice and ultimately got taken from her 'semi-replacement' mother by humans.

Iris was furious, she had some words to exchange with that fae but other than that did not harm her. Unable to bring herself to- and from there continued on a long search for her darling, missing daughter.

In her days of wondering however she was later found, healed and restored by Gyvenimas when she was at the end of her rope at another bad ending encounter with other loners. After calling, pleading and begging for someone to have mercy upon her, so that her daughter would not be alone in this world or ever learn such devastation. -Was once a horrifying image, and a cripple
