PLAYBY: Logan Lerman
HEIGHT: 5'9
WEIGHT: 155 Ibs.
EYE COLOR: Cerulean
HAIR COLOR: Naturally a light brown, Hale has it dyed darker.
SKIN COLOR: Creamy White

Hale is roughly five foot nine with short dark brown hair and dark blue eyes that sometimes varies to gray. He is slight in appearance but has broad shoulders and a lean, somewhat muscular bone structure. His lips are a light, faded pink as if he had just kissed some strawberries; and his light skin has a minor olive tone to it, which lets people know of his Greek heritage. His slim figure is a surprise to others, because when you picture him in your mind after hearing his voice, you’d think he’d be some kind of Adonis.

His muscles are barely visible on his forearm but he’s actually quite strong. Hale has dressed in the finest tailor-made clothing available to him, and he hardly ever wears anything besides his suit. His face is clean shaven and soft, he’s not one to have a beard or anything; it bothers him greatly if he has facial hair because it tickles his face, which he finds very uncomfortable. Hale’s eyebrows are semi-thick, and it makes him look similar to his father. He has about three scars throughout his body, one on his left ear, another on his right elbow and the final one right under his chin.

HEIGHT: 4'3
LENGTH: 5'3
EYE COLOR: Cerulean
FUR COLOR: Gray, Brown and White
MARKINGS: None

An average sized black, brown and white wolf with bright blue eyes and long, slender legs is how Hale is normally described. He’s slightly bulky on the exterior and his fur his long, coarse and thick; giving him a wild appearance. Hale is rather tall in wolf form and has fur tipped ears that give him an odd look when he peeks out at others when he’s out and about. He’s actually grew into his paws quite nicely, considering how small he was as a pup and how much teasing he endured from his father about being the ‘almost runt’, since he and his younger brother were close in size back then.

Like his Iberian wolf ancestors, he has white stripes along his face, a long snout and a bushy tail. Though not really a dominating presence, his eyes can be quite intimidating if you catch him angry. Various light shades of red can be seen on his underbelly, which is a startling white and sticks out on him since the rest of him is a mass of black, brown and white fur. A slight nick can be found in his left ear, where his father slashed at him, trying to teach him how to fight. There’s a couple other scars similar to that in other places on him but they’re hidden by his fur.

Ever since he was little, he’s been taught to act sophisticated, cool and well-behaved; well the well-behaved part he usually ignores but that’s always how it’s been. In accordance to these traits, he quickly became an arrogant, wily and impatient individual through his experience of being a spoiled rich kid. After a social aspect was introduced into his life, he soon became extremely competitive and if he lost, exceedingly haughty. Since he was considered good looking by the girls in school, Hale became quite popular and with that, became quite snotty towards his peers.

When he little he was quite the prankster, a fact that stuck with him as he attended school, slowly his pranks became more and more elaborate, and it became easier for him to avoid trouble; especially since he just had to be slyer than the teachers and that wasn’t as hard as it seemed. Coming from a privileged family; he happens to be a very proud individual and doesn’t take insults lightly. Of course that also means he’s never known hardship or has been said no to; which makes him hard to get along with to say the least. He’s not one to go quietly and won’t hesitate to complain if what he is given isn’t to his standards.

Even though he’s grown up some and is a lot kinder then he was a as a kid, he’s still got a lot to learn. So the thought of getting dirty or having to do something that requires effort is alarming to him. Hale has never been much of an outdoorsy person so he wouldn’t know the first thing about navigating through the forest or even how to track a rabbit to eat. The thought of serving a pack actually appealed to him because he believed he would learned things he lacked by being a part of it, that and he would actually be doing some good in this world by thinking of something other than himself.

The concept of family is something that eludes him, since his own family is a bit messed up and he doesn’t want to deal with them because he’s likely to become very angry if he ever has to confront them. To strangers, he does his upbringing proud by appealing to them in the proper etiquette, which means being serious, polite and firm all at the same time. Though on the inside he wishes to just speak normally to them, it’s quite the bother to be nice all the time and Hale believes he needs a break once in the while. Being a complete gentleman to the opposite gender; Hale will try his best to make women feel comfortable and safe around him, unless he’s pranking them, then that’s another story.

Actually a very intelligent young man, he often hides his knowledge from his peers, in hopes that he'll seem cooler. He may seem impetuous and silly, but inside he's actually quite sensitive and lonely. After getting himself away from drugs and smoking (alcohol he's still working on), he's hoping that being in a pack will help him become a better person. He no longer wants to be the boy that your father warned you about, he wants to be one that you can come to when you need him, and one you can trust without hesitation. There's a long road ahead of him, and it will take quite some time for him to reach his destination -- if he ever gets there. Whether or not he'll revert back to the sweet, competitive boy of his youth has yet to be seen.

Being both a manipulator and the manipulated, Hale is not a master when it comes to the emotions of others. In fact he can barely control his own emotions, let alone give a damn about anyone else's. Women mean little to him unless he finds a reason to like them. Since his parents are both separated and had a loveless marriage to begin with, his view on true love is basically that it's a crapshoot. Horribly indecisive and cowardly, don't expect him to help you out in a fight if he's worried you're going to lose. He's been known to yo-yo between his emotions, being exceedingly flirtatious one minute and distant and cold in the next. He doesn't cope well with physical pain or social pressure, which leads him drink and occasional get drunk in public if he can get his hands on alcohol.

Hale's biggest fear would have to be having his limbs severed, since he had several nightmares as a child of such an event happening to him. This is mainly because of a scary movie he had watched (Surgical Killer 4) and has never quite grown out of it. He's also afraid that he'll turn up just like his father, the person he hates the most, and become bitter, angry and alone. Though it may seem kind of silly, Hale wishes that he could live out a fairytale, where there was a guarantee where he'd get the girl of his dreams and live happily ever after. The problem is, he's not totally sure what he's looking for in a woman so his dream has been put on the back burner for now. Being shortsighted and bullied as a child, a lot of that reflects on his experiences as a teenager now, making him very conflicted and afraid of what might happen if he decided to take a risk. His can only find solace in drinking and having the false feeling love when he attracts a girl attention. Beyond that, he has nothing else to cling to besides his dream of one day becoming a detective consultant, since he doesn't know of any non-pack related jobs that interest him.

History

Childhood:

He was born as the middle child in a litter of three, on the eve of October 30th. Being the middle child, he was only expected to follow his older sister Lisle’s example and make sure that little Callum didn’t get lost. During his 1st birthday (which he shared with his siblings and his cousin) he met and promptly befriended his cousin Euphemia Lancer (who’s his cousin on his mother’s side); they’ve been inseparable since that day.

Though they only saw each other during holidays and school breaks, they were very close and shared a love/hate relationship considering they were both super competitive. Often they’re fun was usually exploring and pulling pranks on unsuspecting individuals (which there were a lot of at their parents’ holiday parties) or even the staff at whatever country house the Wesleys’ happened to occupy that year.

Their pranking started at age five, beginning with the frog in the teapot incident’ needless to say, tea-drinking was at all-time low in the Wesley household during that year. A year later, he and Effie messed with the fans that were being used for the photography booth; this caused Mr. Lewis (the Wesley family banker) to lose his toupee during the fiasco, it was soon found in a punch bowl later on. When he was seven, he and Effie decided that Wilfred the family dog needed to be a superhero so they tied the tablecloth of the banquet table around his neck and then through a stick, food went flying everywhere, and by the end of the night, the Wesleys’ were told that would have to hire a new catering service for next year.

The following year the troublesome duo got lost in the hedge maze located in the London Manor; once they got out, they ran straight to the party area screaming that zombies and vampires were trying to get them in there. When they were nine, those two broke the ice sculptures and used them as weapons before starting a food fight to liven up the party, the Wesleys’ had to replace their caterers again that year. A year later, Hale and Effie got a hold of some wine, which they promptly got drunk off of and did the following: set Mr. Lewis’s hair on fire, made a fort in the study with all of the guests’ coats and had a condiment war in said fort, covering the coats and most of the guests with the stuff.

Their final birthday party together was their eleventh, that was the year Hale started smoking (secretly) and Effie got so mad that she challenged him to a golf cart race, if she won he’d quit; they ended up destroying the rose garden and after Hale won, the pair went around trying to convince the guests that their midget royalty as they swapped the labels next to the food on the banquet table.

When not mischief making with his cousin, he attended a boarding school in Germany with his siblings Lisle and Callum. Lisle, who’s always been the bossy, follow everything by the book type was always getting on his case and trying (unsuccessfully) to keep him in line. Callum on the other hand was his nerdy, and very wimpy younger brother who always needed help getting out being beaten up by the resident school bullies and practically followed Hale everywhere.

It was obvious that his brother looked up to him, but Hale didn’t think he was that great a role model so after brushing him off continuously while they were in primary school, Callum got the hint and began following around Lisle instead. That wasn’t such a great idea because soon after Callum began keeping an eye on him; so now he had two bossy and goody two shoe siblings.

His home life was boring to say the least, his parents were hardly there and it was a mystery which manor he would be staying at until his butler Sebastian arrived to pick him and his kin up. His parents were gone about two thirds of the time and the one third that they were there was usually because they left some important business document or had to make calls using one of their untraceable phones.

Not soon after the deaths of his aunt and uncle in America and the disappearance of his cousin Euphemia, Hale’s parents began grooming him and his siblings towards the family business. This meant that they’d have more family time but it also meant they’d be stealing things. Hale was a prankster but he wasn’t a bad guy, so he distanced himself from the lessons he was being taught. Lisle and Callum ironically fit like a glove into the family empire, both of them began doing solo criminal missions at only twelve.

That made Hale the black sheep in the immediate family which caused him to distance himself more. So he made sure he got kicked out of that exclusive school in Germany, got transferred into a school in Russia and began a life of normal ‘non-criminal’ rich boy junk. Which was basically him buying fast cars, chasing women and pulling pranks like a mad-man. Things were pretty simple then and he became careless.

The Teenage Years:

Every week or so he had a new girlfriend (usually a super model or the daughter of some rich socialite) and every month or so he’d crash his sports car and buy a new one; which caused his parents to lash out in rage that he was costing them so much money. He simply replied with an insulting gesture and returned to his life fast cars and women. Hale was immersed in his desires; not caring what was right and wrong, just what would satisfy him next. His spirit became more unsettled and his day to day life became wilder, his memories of these experiences were just a blur of laughing, cursing and generally tom-foolery of every kind.

It was tearing him a part, but at this point he didn’t care, he just wanted to live it up and be free; but his kind of freedom was more of a prison in itself. Soon he was an inmate in his own private hell; every minute of his life was spent trying to get something, whether it was drugs, alcohols or women, it didn’t matter as long as he got his fix. He wasn’t really searching for love; in fact it was the farthest thing from his mind until he met her.

Romance wise, he’s had several girlfriends, in middle school he had nothing serious going with the girls there but once he edged his way into high school, he thought he found the one in a pretty French woman named Isabelle De Bois; she broke his heart however and left him for a British Lord, after that, he didn’t really want to date anymore. He was tired of it all, the fast cars, the women, and gave up his hard life of partying, drinking, smoking and getting high at age fifteen, he’s been clean ever since and was trying to become a law abiding citizen.

Young Adulthood:

After graduating from his boarding school, he opted out of attending college and accepted his cousin Ace’s request to take over the Lancer Estate. He would basically be house-sitting which he could do (considering all he would be doing is trying to get his consultant business off the ground). However, his legal business consultant days soon dwindled to an all-time low when he ran into Euphemia, who he thought was dead (or otherwise out of his life completely). He was happy that he had found someone he could be honest with, though a lot has changed since they were children and Effie is not the same girl he pulled pranks with so many years ago.

Now she was cynical, tough and hardly ever smiled; it saddened him to see this, considering he missed that girl, his cousin that he practically did everything with. Then again he had changed too, no longer was he that carefree boy that terrorized the guests at the annual holiday parties or set Mr. Lewis’s toupee on fire; now he was a man with adult issues and problems he could never wrap his head around as a kid. He missed his old life, where everything was in reach and nothing could bring him down.

Long were the days of his childhood where the family business and hard expectations were far away. Now he was alone as he walked the road to self-discovery; blindly maneuvering along the paths that may or may not lead him to his destiny. As he stared into the face of his cousin; he thought maybe, just maybe that he could have his old life again. That’s when he asked her if she wanted to start pranking again.

He thought to continue their friendship of being pranksters, but she had other ideas. Being the only thing he had close to a friend these days, he gave in to her proposition of becoming the ‘Charlie’ to her angel operation. Hale never dreamed of becoming a part of the family business, but somehow he managed to swing right into it, much to the delight of his parents’ and siblings.

Now he must establish the Lancer household as the headquarters for the Wesley Family’s American Crime Circuit. It was originally something he could never see himself doing but now he had managed to get caught back into the family business. Just business is what he convinced himself he was doing; but it still nagged at him that he wasn’t really doing anything good. So he arranged for himself to have a sort of double life.

After learning of the packs in the area and of their family like appeal, Hale instantly found himself wanting to become a part of this good organization. So he now has his feet in two worlds: that of a self-assured crime boss and one of a noble pack wolf. Hale figures it’s his way of compromising of being in the family business and wanting to find a purpose in life but in other words, he’s just trying to balance out his life.

Now that he’s official apart of the Criminal Syndicate, Hale has just learned that Wesley isn’t his really family name; it turns out his father changed their last name before marrying their mother in hopes that that would keep the police off their trail, the real family name is Alexiou.

Now the Alexiou are a crime family in Greece, one of the prime clans in the Greek Mafia. With his newfound heritage in hand, Hale is more confused than ever about his self-identity; on one hand he could potentially become the head Alexiou Mafia Boss in America and on the other, he could become a part of a family that he actually likes, that he was willing to fight for just because they had his back as much as he had theirs.

With so much doubt filling his mind and the fact that he had no free time between being a crime lord and a noble pack wolf…he literally just wants to scream and hide out where no one could find him so he could think and have a moment of clarity. This seems unlikely however, as his parents’ close in on him; urging him to become the pride of the Alexiou family; but at some point Hale has to decide between who his family expects him to be and who he really wants to be.

Doubts seem to swing in his mind like a pendulum, what will happen if he decides against becoming a crime boss? What if he chooses to not become a noble pack wolf? And the ultimate question: What will he do if he loses himself completely? Despite his cunning intellect and sly nature, he can’t avoid his inevitable future; he will have to choose which side he truly belongs to and leave the other side behind.

Life seemed to go well in Servile, Hale had thought he found someone to love in Chysanthemum. He held onto that belief throughout his Elegiac torture until he met Aspen and he wasn't sure what he felt anymore. He ended running away from the Elegiac after the Director started letting out captives, leaving Aspen behind. After Chrysanthemum disappeared without a trace, he was on his own again. It was then he wondered about Aspen - he had left her back there all alone. So on a valiant quest, he returned to the Elegiac Ruins and he was glad he did to, she was barely clinging to life.

He took care of her after that, making sure she was fed and things to wear and also a place to live - which happened to be with him at the estate where he could keep an eye on her. It was then he realized that he didn't want to be a businessman and began working towards a long held childhood dream - of becoming a detective, so he started shadowing Jax Carter and began doing menial tasks for him. Everything seemed to be going well at this point, Hale had decided to move out of his cousin's mansion and into a smaller places, and Aspen, as well as Sebastian and Maria his attending staff, were all coming with him.

That happiness faded a way a few weeks before they were to move into their new place. Hale's father was in town after hearing he was moving and remaining out of contact with the rest of the Wesley clan. Seeing as his two other children weren't mentally fit enough to run the Alexiou organization, he has come to Austere to drag him back to England and take his rightful place as the heir to the Alexiou empire 'throne'. Hale doesn't know how to get away this time, he has nowhere else to run and he doesn't want to leave Aspen behind again. He had changed significantly in the past year and he didn't want to go back home. But he can't say no to his father, or at least fears that if he does, Aspen might be hurt. Will Hale be able to get away from his father and remain here in Austere?

-Is fluent in English, Greek, Russian, French, German, and Japanese. He also knows a little Mandarin and Portuguese.

- His family owns several manors all over Europe, Asia and Australia.

-Hale's hobbies include playing guitar and the piano, he can also carry a tune if he needs to.

-He has a secret love for Coke Slurpees and Cheesy Bugles.
